Anonymized Content Use and Reproduction
Concierge Career Services (“CCS”) may create bespoke or personalized courses, exercises, prompts, workflows, or training materials (“Bespoke Content”) for clients or customers as part of SkillSync AI (“SSAI”), MyConcierge (“MYC”), or services delivered under the H+AI Model. CCS reserves the right to anonymize, aggregate, de-identify, and abstract such Bespoke Content, removing all personal data, confidential information, and identifying details, and to use, reproduce, adapt, and commercialize the resulting anonymized content for product improvement, training, research, analytics, and resale to other clients or customers. CCS does not reproduce or resell identifiable personal information, confidential business information, or proprietary data attributable to a specific individual or organization. All anonymization is performed using commercially reasonable measures designed to prevent re-identification.
