Terms of Service

1. The service
Concierge Career Services ("CCS") provides AI-assisted career strategy, résumé and LinkedIn optimisation, interview preparation, and related professional services through the Concierge Client Intake platform. These Terms govern your use of the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit (resume, intake responses) and for the security of the email address you sign in with. You may not share your account.
4. Purchases & subscriptions
- One-time services (résumé optimisation, ATS audit, etc.) are billed at the price shown at checkout.
- MyConcierge subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Payment is processed by Stripe.
5. Refunds
One-time services: refundable within 7 days of purchase if work has not started. Subscriptions: pro-rated refunds are not provided for unused portions of a paid period; you retain access for the period you paid for. Email billing@conciergecareerservices.com for refund requests.
6. AI-assisted output disclaimer
The Professional DNA analysis, recommendations, and AI assistant responses are generated by large language models with input from your résumé and intake responses. They are guidance, not guarantees. We do not warrant that following any specific recommendation will result in any particular outcome (interviews, offers, compensation). You are responsible for your own career decisions.
7. Acceptable use
You may not: upload content you do not have the right to share; attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our prompts, models, or training data; abuse the AI assistant for purposes unrelated to your career; or interfere with the service or other users.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your résumé and the personal data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to deliver the services. We retain ownership of the platform, our prompts, our model configurations, and the structure of the Professional DNA analysis.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Privacy & Data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CCS's aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CCS from any third-party claim arising out of (a) content you submit that infringes their rights, or (b) your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the new version takes effect on the date shown above. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
